apparently cathay cineplex has horrible operations/ management…

like as i was told from a peep who got free passes to a show…

“Fuck Cathay Cineplex for giving Eva tickets that can’t be used. T&C says can only use 1 week after screening. It only screens for 1 week”

and another who waited 20 minutes in line to purchase alice in wonderland tickets…

“freaking stupid to list tickets for Alice in Wonderland as available on-screen and tell me they’re not for sale cuz its booked for special screening! DONT LIST IT AS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE THEN!”

good job… anyone else dissatisfied with them?
